Application process
There are three available methods for Russian citizens and foreign passports living in Russia to apply for a visa to Cambodia.
Applying for an eVisa from Russia? Here is a step-by-step guide:
- Fill in a secure online eVisa form
- Upload your Russian passport data page and a 4*6cm photo.
- Confirm and pay the e-Visa fee (75 USD ~ 6292 RUB)
- Get your eVisa approval in 3-5 business days (The earliest is 18:00 PM, Russia local time on 14 May 2024).
- Present your eVisa certificate at the immigration checking point.
If you are in Russia and have questions about Cambodia visas, contact the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Moscow. If you are currently outside of Russia, contact your nearest Cambodian Embassy or Consulate. In general, a visa application at the embassy of Cambodia in Russia may include the following documents:
- Actual (Original) Russian passport.
- Visa application form with one (1) attached 2x2 passport photo.
- Scan of Russian passport bio-page.
- Visa fee of $30 USD or ~ 2517 Russian Ruble(RUB) in form of Money Order.
Russian nationals are eligible for the 30-day visa-on-arrival program:
- Tourist visas: $30 USD ~ 2517 Russian Ruble(RUB)
- Business visas: $35 USD ~ 2936 Russian Ruble(RUB)
